Shoulder Update January 2022

I made a little update video of how I am doing after the shoulder surgery I had at the beginning of December. I was just planning on sharing it with a few friends and family, but thought I would put it on here to catch everyone up... (Once I start singing, you can skip to 5min on the video to catch the end of the message if you don't want to watch the whole song). I hope this is encouraging to those who need encouragement!!

For those who don't know the whole story: I was first diagnosed with frozen shoulder in August 2021 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, after having symptoms from June 2021. After unsuccessful treatment in Bosnia, I was sent for an MRI in November 2021 and was told that it was *not* frozen shoulder, but shoulder impingement and would only get better with surgery. I travelled to Cape Town, South Africa and got a second opinion there. That surgeon told me that it was both impingement and frozen shoulder and in fact "this is the worst frozen shoulder I have ever seen". So, he did a MUA/ACR and Acriomioplasty in December 2021. (I also managed to come down with covid 3 weeks post op which didn't help matters!) I am currently staying in Cape Town with my mom, doing physio and recovering from the surgery, but plan to travel back to Bosnia in March 2022.
